📘 Getting Started with RevStash

RevStash helps you track and visualize your app revenue in one convenient dashboard. Follow the guide below to connect your revenue sources.

🔗 Adding Revenue Sources

RevStash supports Apple App Store, RevenueCat, Stripe, and Lemon Squeezy.

🐱 RevenueCat

  1. Select RevenueCat from the list of sources.
  2. Log in using your RevenueCat email and password.
  3. That’s it! RevStash will securely sync your revenue data.

💳 Stripe

  1. Select Stripe from the list of sources.
  2. Paste your Stripe Secret API Key (starts with sk_live_).
  3. Where to find it:

🍋 Lemon Squeezy

  1. Select Lemon Squeezy from the list of sources.
  2. Paste your Lemon Squeezy API Key.
  3. Where to find it:
    • Log in to Lemon Squeezy
    • Go to Settings > API
    • Generate and copy your API key.

🍎 Apple App Store

  1. Select Apple App Store from the list of sources.
  2. Input the following details:
    • Issuer ID
    • Key ID
    • API Key (.p8 file)
    • Vendor Number
  3. Where to find them:
    • Go to App Store Connect
    • Navigate to Users and Access > Integrations
    • Click the + button to create a new key
      • Enter a Name
      • Select Sales and Reports
      • Click Generate
      • Download the API key (.p8 file)
    • Copy your Issuer ID and Key ID from the same page
    • For Vendor Number, go to the Reports section and check the top of the report page.

✅ Once you’ve connected all sources, your dashboard will begin to populate with earnings data automatically. Data is refreshed periodically.
